Connells Group in Hayling Island is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Morris Dibben residential sales team. You will deliver exceptional service, generate valuations, conduct viewings and drive sales while pursuing uncapped commission and a defined career ladder.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
