Connells Group in Sittingbourne is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to deliver exceptional service and drive sales across the branch. You will handle valuations, viewings, negotiate offers and progress transactions through to completion.

The role offers uncapped commission, industry-leading training, a clear career ladder and a supportive, high-performance environment within a leading UK property services business.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
