Overview

My client, a transport and logistics company based near Oldbury, is looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Lead to identify and develop business opportunities.

The hours required are Mon-Fri. Apply online only.

Responsibilities

• Researching and prospecting new customers
• Contacting lapsed customers and developing new business relationships
• Up-sell to existing clients
• Support with the development of marketing materials
• Take responsibility for company’s social media profile
• Visiting some clients in person to develop business relationships so your own transport is essential

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role ideally within transport and logistics
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build and develop working relationships
• Strong IT skills including MS Office
• Good working knowledge of social media platforms
• Have good analytical skills, be able to evaluate information and numerical data, good commercial awareness
