Job description

Britsafe is an established but dynamic York based company, specialising in the provision of security and cleaning services to commercial clients, which include JET2, Puma, York Minster and Vanquis Bank to name a few.

A superb opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Marketing Exec to join our small but ambitious sales team. This is a new position and we are looking for someone to put a stamp on the marketing role within the business starting with a somewhat blank canvas, with a view to progressing to a Sales Managers role in the future.

The ideal applicant will be creative, ambitious and enjoy outbound marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce outbound email marketing campaigns to new prospects.
2. Make outbound B2B calls to prospects for qualification.
3. Generate introduction meetings with prospects for Sales Director.
4. Administer and maintain the Sales CRM database.
5. Configure CRM settings, workflows, and email campaigns to target prospects.
6. Generate CRM reports and dashboards.
7. Stay up-to-date with CRM software updates and new features.
8. Contribute to ideas for new CRM workflows.
9. Research and gather information for new leads.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of CRM software including workflows.
2. Organised with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Positive attitude and able to work independently or collaboratively as a team.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Good memory retention.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results driven person and we are offering a salary of £30,000.00 in the first year alongside many other company benefits, which include great holiday entitlement, free parking and an employee bonus scheme.
