Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Opera PMS.
  • Passion for service excellence and collaboration.

Join the Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge team! We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic Commercial team.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support across Sales, Events, Revenue, Marketing, and PR teams, including contracts, billing, reports, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update data in Salesforce (Golden Sales & Catering) and Opera PMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate group requests, assist with reservations, and compile daily, weekly, and month-end commercial reports.
  • Track and analyse commercial performance metrics, including monthly scorecards and segmentation data.
  • Support preparation of annual budgets, marketing plans, and sales goals.
  • Assist with data-driven decisions by contributing to trend analysis and group evaluations.
  • Support commercial initiatives across departments to ensure a seamless and aligned approach.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Ideally possess working knowledge of Salesforce, Opera PMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency.
  • Proactive, organised, and collaborative mindset with a passion for service excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • A genuine interest in commercial strategy, data, and luxury hospitality.
