Job summary

Eurofins Forensic Services (EFS) is recruiting a Sales Manager for the Workplace Drug Testing (WDT) sales team at Feltham. You will develop strategies to grow the customer base and deliver sales targets in a market-leading forensic services business.

The role requires proven B2B sales leadership, extensive knowledge of workplace drug testing, and the ability to manage a team; candidates must be eligible for NPPV3 and SC clearance with 5 years UK residency.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to double customer base in 4 years.
• Forecast and set annual sales quotas and project profits for existing and new products.
• Manage sales executives and assess team strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide line management, training, and performance appraisals.
• Ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of workplace drug testing market and strong commercial acumen.
• Experience in people management in sales roles and proven sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
• Forecast, set quotas, and project expected sales volume and profit.
• Manage staff in accordance with organisational policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide training, development and performance appraisal.
• Lead the Workplace Drug Testing sales team in line with strategy.
