Job Description

You will be accountable for developing and securing revenue and market share from existing customers and new business. Additionally, you will work on improving business development processes for specific services and products with strong sales engagement in your responsible country.

  • Assist with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), prepare presentations, and monitor sales leads and responses.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Prepare annual and monthly budgets and reports, and achieve targeted budgets.
  • Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to identify opportunities for creating value.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations management to develop creative solutions to customer needs, leveraging value creation opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and deepen market penetration.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance, address challenges, and discuss future plans.
  • Provide marketing support and product knowledge within the company.
  • Ensure timely collection before shipping to optimize cash flow.
  • Aim to exceed performance goals.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Charismatic and confident personality with a strong work ethic.
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical abilities to assess situations and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
