The business has built valuable, long-lasting relationships with over 3,000+ customers, supplying thousands of UK-based coffee roasters, catering equipment dealers, engineers, and other businesses with a range of over 30,000+ products.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Remote Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B/Distribution sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for the coffee industry. The Remote Sales Manager will play a key role in maintaining and growing our customer base, developing new sales opportunities, and providing tailored support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the coffee industry.
• Provide product recommendations, advice, and support to customers via phone, email, and video meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare regular updates, and contribute to sales forecasting.
• Attend occasional in-person meetings or trade events when required.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a B2B/Distribution sales role, ideally within the coffee, hospitality, or equipment sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
• Confidence using CRM systems and online communication tools.
• Ability to understand technical product information and relay it clearly to customers.
