Collaborating closely as a group, MTS Globe – OTS Globe – Axis Data form a powerful destination-based partner for our network.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join our Sales Team for the Americas market, to be responsible of define the strategy and interact with our clients in UK and Europe. If you are a proactive professional, client oriented and goal driven person, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible of maintaining the relationships with clients.
  • Responsible of representing OTS/MTS Americas with clients in UK and Europe.
  • Define a growth strategy in the Americas for the clients based on the clients needs.
  • Accompany the client during their expansion/growth process.
  • Interact with the clients and the teams in the Americas.
  • Have a good knowledge of the Americas destinations.
  • Have a good knowledge of travel industry landscape and the clients of OTS/MTS.
  • Attend an initial 3-month training between OTS Europe offices and OTS/MTS Americas.

Requirements

  • University degree in Tourism or Economics.
  • Experience in Yield & Revenue tasks or contracting with hotels is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent level of English is a must.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
  • Good personal interaction and communication skills.
  • Availability to travel within Europe and Americas.
