Clarendon Fine Art is seeking a commercially minded Gallery Manager to lead high-performing sales teams and cultivate outstanding client relationships. You will drive commercial performance with coaching, hands-on leadership, and strategic planning, taking ownership of gallery profitability and delivering exceptional client experiences through exhibitions and events.

What you'll do

You’ll lead a successful gallery by developing your team, growing client relationships and driving commercial performance. You’ll:

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, events and client development.

• Take ownership of your gallery's commercial performance and profitability.
