Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, and develop a small retail sales team.
• Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Support team members with personal development and career progression.
• Monitor sales performance through reporting, KPIs, and data analysis.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to support business growth.
• Work closely with marketing to support campaigns and maximise opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning.
• Identify areas for improvement across the sales process and customer journey.
• Provide hands-on leadership by working alongside the sales team.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives.
