Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: London (UK Domestic travel required)

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of Institutional Clients, including Insurance, Asset Managers, Financial Sponsors, and Hedge Funds, both inbound into the UK and UK-headquartered clients requiring services domestically and globally.

In this role, you will:

  1. Maintain and develop a portfolio of Non-Bank Financial Institutional clients.
  2. Coordinate with GPS Sales teams across regions to deliver solutions.
  3. Achieve individual financial and non-financial targets.
  4. Drive new sales revenue and retain and grow existing client relationships.
  5. Support wider GPS Sales initiatives and client engagement.

To succeed, you should:

  • Have experience managing complex, institutional clients.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of cash management solutions, payments, receivables, e-channels, reporting, reconciliation, and liquidity management, including industry standards like ISO.
  • Be able to build relationships quickly internally and externally.
  • Have strong communication skills to represent HSBC effectively at all levels.
  • Be resilient, adaptable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
