Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading building services company to recruit a Sales Manager. The role focuses on selling bespoke noise control solutions, developing new business, and managing key accounts across a local patch with a company car and hybrid working pattern.

The role offers £45,000 - £55,000 plus bonus, progression, and company benefits. You will be on the road visiting clients and booking appointments, with a 2-day-a-week in-office requirement in Reading.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Manager or similar in building services.

Founded over 40 years ago, this building services manufacturing company specialise in noise control solutions across Europe, boasting steady growth over the years alongside a strong reputation in their niche and profitable industry.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for bringing in new business along with manager key accounts within the industry. You will be on the road, visiting new prospects along with booking in appointments and selling a variety of bespoke noise control solutions. There is hybrid work available; however, you will be expected in the office 2 days a week.

This role would suit a Sales Manager or similar from a building services background, looking to join a growing business offering a clear scope to progress into director level roles in the future.

The Role

• Selling a variety of bespoke noise control solutions
