Job Description

Hours: 38.75 hours per week; Mon 11:45 - 20:00; Tue 11:45 - 20:00; Wed 09:00 - 17:15; Thu 09:00 - 17:15; Sat 10:45 - 19:00

To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. About the Role
  • Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and store operations when needed.
  • Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met.
  • Create an atmosphere of support, motivation, and inspiration for your team.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.

  • You are passionate about customers, people, and products. Your energetic approach inspires and motivates others, creating a great working atmosphere.
  • You have exceptional commercial understanding and know how to create a fantastic shopping experience.
