To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, challenging, but ultimately rewarding. People are at the heart of what we do, so your experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a team is crucial. About the Role:

• Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and store operations when needed
• Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met
• Create an atmosphere of support, motivation, and inspiration for your team
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach in all commercial and operational activities
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs
