Job Title: Sales Manager – Audio Visual & Videoconferencing

Location: Manchester or Reading or located between (with regular travel between both offices)

Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Commission + Generous Bonus Package

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a seasoned Sales Manager with a passion for Audio Visual and Videoconferencing technology? Do you thrive on driving new business, developing impactful sales campaigns, and leading high-performing teams across multiple locations?

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales function across our Northern and Southern offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that delivers cutting-edge AV and collaboration solutions to organisations across the UK.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape and influence the future direction of our sales strategy and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, coach, and manage a dispersed sales team across both offices.
  2. Drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns aimed at both existing clients and new prospects.
  4. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and support company growth.
  5. Contribute to the broader leadership team, supporting business-wide decisions and strategic planning.
  6. Monitor and analyse performance metrics, reporting on progress to senior management.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure continued success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager within the Audio Visual industry.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong understanding of AV and videoconferencing technologies and the industry landscape.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with regular travel between offices and to client sites.
