The role

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager (Atlantic) to join our growing sales team.

Responsibilities include
  • Manage, develop, and train the EMEA Sales team, ensuring they hit quotas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns that generate interest and demand for our products.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely follow-up on all inquiries.
  • Represent the company at industry events and on webinars.
  • Study industry trends and current opportunities for business expansion.
  • Plan the growth of the EMEA region, identifying growth levers and experimenting with strategies.
  • Engage in planning and preparing reports for management and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience in SMB SaaS software.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
