Sytner Select Wakefield is recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead the Finance & Insurance function within our dealer team. You will coach the sales team, ensure transparent and compliant customer engagement, and manage the end-to-end customer journey with integrity.

You will be responsible for driving finance penetration, adding on products, and achieving shared objectives in a high-performance environment.

About the Role

Sytner Select Wakefield is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join our successful and growing team.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance function. You will sit at the heart of the sales operation, supporting and coaching the sales team while ensuring every customer receives a transparent, compliant, and first-class experience.

You will ensure customers fully understand the products and obligations they are entering into, always acting with integrity and a strong focus on treating customers fairly.

This role offers flexible working patterns, which will typically include weekends, to ensure we consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service.

About You

You may currently be a high-performing Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with strong financial and commercial awareness - and you are ready to take the next step in your career.

You will:
