Lookers Motor Group Limited in Stockport is hiring a Sales Manager for the Chery Stockport launch. You will lead the sales journey from online enquiry to handover and develop your team to meet brand KPIs.

The role offers up to £80,000 OTE with a company car, full training, and progression opportunities. Flexible week structure with Saturdays required, and a culture focused on high standards and customer service.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team development are essential; strong customer focus and target-driven mindset.
• Experience leading a sales team to achieve brand KPIs and drive performance.
• Knowledge of FCA compliance across sales activity is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full sales journey—from online enquiry to handover.
• Leading and coaching the sales team with structured 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Driving departmental targets and achieving brand KPIs.
• Overseeing stock, pricing, and ensuring the right cars are on the pitch.
• Ensuring FCA compliance across all sales activity.
• Owning customer satisfaction and embedding service excellence.

Hours: 44 hours per week - Monday to Friday 09.00am 18.00pm ( one late night 7pm), saturdays 09.00am to 17.00pm and sundays 10.00am -15.00pm
