The Solution Automotive Limited in Southport is recruiting an experienced Sales Manager to lead a franchised motor dealership and drive performance. Salary £35,000 basic with £55,000 OTE uncapped, reflecting the role’s high earning potential.

You will motivate and develop the sales team, set targets, monitor stock, and optimise forecourt presentation while delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
