Job Description

We are working with a main car dealership that is looking for a forward-thinking, experienced Sales Manager to join their team.

You will currently be working as a Sales Manager within the motor trade, with an excellent and successful track record.

You must demonstrate outstanding qualities, achievements, and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly professional, managing a successful sales operation and seeking career progression.

Sales Manager Role:
  1. Drive the business forward to maximize car sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Work in an environment focused on profit and commercial awareness.
  3. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members at all levels to maximize potential and build a strong, focused sales team.
  4. Maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  5. Ensure the sales process is followed to maximize sales opportunities.
  6. Liaise with the manufacturer to achieve volume, CSI, and other targets as appropriate.
As a Sales Manager:
  1. You will have the ability to provide direction and motivation to others.
  2. You will be passionate about success and achieving objectives.
  3. You will be an excellent communicator at all levels, assertive, professional, and dynamic.
  4. You will possess well-developed management and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt your style to maximize team and individual performance.

You should be able to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and schedule work appropriately. A full and valid UK driving licence is required.

Package:
  • OTE up to £60,000 depending on experience
  • Company Pension Scheme

  • 28 Days Holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 31 Days after 3 years
