Where You’ll Be Based

Toyota Portadown— a modern, state-of-the-art showroom designed to elevate both the customer and employee experience.

Your Working Hours

• Monday to Friday:8:45am – 5:30pm
• One late night per week (Tuesday or Thursday) until8:00pm
• Alternate Saturdays:9:00am – 3:00pm(*with a day off per month as time off in lieu

Your Role at a Glance

As Sales Manager, you will:

• Lead and motivate the new and used car sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Manage performance across all profit areas: vehicles, finance, warranty, and service products
• Create memorable, customer-first experiences that build long-term loyalty
• Mentor, coach, and develop your team into high performers
• Collaborate with the wider leadership team to drive innovation and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as aSales Managerwithin the automotive industry
• Exceptional leadership, people management, and communication skills
• A hands-on, customer-centric approach to daily operations
• A full, clean UK driving licence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Experience usingDMS software(preferably Keyloop/CDK)
