Orange & Black Motorcycle Tours and Rentals, the UK’s leading motorcycle tours operator, is seeking a full-time Sales Manager in Overton, Hampshire with some remote flexibility. You will create sales strategies, hit targets, and manage global client and supplier relationships.

This hands-on role requires a genuine motorcycling passion, proven sales leadership, strong communication and CRM skills, and the ability to analyse sales data to seize opportunities.

We are looking for a full-time Sales Manager at Orange & Black Motorcycle Tours and Rentals. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies and targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers from around the World, involved in every sale from start to finish, and giving riders the best motorcycle holiday they’ve ever had. Very hands on!

This is travel, so you need to be in this for love and not just the money!

We are located in Overton, Hampshire with flexibility for some remote work.

Ideally, you are

• Motorcyclist
• Experienced global traveller and/or tour operator/travel agency experience
• Proven experience in sales
• Proven experience in sales management
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyse sales data and trends
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Knowledge of the motorcycle industry and a passion for riding
