We’re excited to be recruiting for Winfield Court, our brand-new development located on the Island Quarter in Nottingham. This is a unique opportunity to join Fresh, one of the UK’s leading student accommodation providers, in a role that offers real responsibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact from day one.

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll work closely with the senior management team to drive lettings and achieve 100% occupancy in this state-of-the-art student accommodation building. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, conducting engaging viewings and showcasing everything this breathtaking new development has to offer.

The working environment at Winfield Court is vibrant, supportive, and people-focused. Ideally located in Nottingham city centre, the site is just a short distance from Nottingham Trent University, the Victoria Centre, and excellent transport links—placing you at the heart of a thriving student city.

If you’re looking for a role that values work-life balance, this position offers full-time hours Monday – Friday, between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing the lettings process for new residents, ensuring high levels of occupancy
2. Delivering excellent customer service and a smooth resident journey
3. Conducting in-person and virtual viewings of the property
4. Ensuring compliance with statutory lettings requirements (full training provided)
5. Reviewing and maintaining the property’s online presence and marketing materials to meet brand standards and ensure content is accurate and up to date
