Job description

To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding. About the Role:
  1. Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
  2. Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met
  3. Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to excel is central to your leadership
  4. Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
  5. Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs
About You:
  1. You are passionate about our customers, team, and products, inspiring and motivating others and fostering a positive team environment
  2. You possess exceptional commercial understanding and can create a great shopping experience for customers
  3. You thrive in results-driven, fast-paced, and challenging environments, adapting quickly and bringing others along with new objectives
  4. You are a great communicator, approachable and calm under pressure, with realistic expectations
  5. You can problem-solve, make sound decisions, challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas to advance the business
  6. You are confident in handling people issues
  7. You are an effective multi-tasker, able to plan, organise, and prioritise workload
