Job summary

Mandeville is seeking a Showroom Sales Manager to lead a busy bathroom showroom in Lancashire. You will deliver advisory sales to retail and trade customers, design bathroom solutions and build long-term relationships that generate repeat business.

You will drive showroom performance, identify local opportunities and become the trusted advisor for homeowners, installers, developers and trade customers. Competitive base with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to both trade and retail customers.
• Proven background in consultative showroom or retail sales.
• Bathroom, kitchen, interiors, plumbing merchant or home improvement experience.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills.
• A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
