Job summary

Olympus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Bathroom Designer for a showroom-based role in Eastbourne. You will balance creative bathroom design with a strong sales approach, guiding customers from initial consultation to final quotation and order.

You'll design using CAD software, provide expert product advice, prepare accurate quotations and drive showroom sales targets in a supportive environment with ongoing training and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Previous bathroom or kitchen design experience.
• Experience using CAD or similar design software.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A creative eye with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence managing customers through the complete sales process.

Up to £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
Full-time, Permanent
Mon - Fri with 1 in 3 Saturdays (Half day)

We're recruiting an experienced and commercially minded Bathroom Designer for a successful and growing bathroom showroom.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines creative design skills with a strong sales approach. You'll manage customers through the full journey- from their initial showroom consultation to the completed design, quotation and order.
