Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager to secure sales of industrial hosing supplies across the UK, working from Cradley Heath with travel to customer sites. You will build and maintain relationships with distributors and manufacturers, providing technical support and product solutions while coordinating with UK and overseas teams.

The role offers a salary of £35,000-£40,000, a company car, discretionary bonus, and generous holiday, with Monday to Friday hours and nationwide

Position: Sales Manager

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands - with travel to customer sites.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

This role is available with our client, a supplier of industrial hosing and ducting solutions for a wide range of industries, including food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and agriculture.

Job Overview

• Work both from the company's offices in Cradley Heath and remotely visiting customer sites across the UK.
• Securing sales of industrial hosing supplies to both existing and new customers.
• Maintaining strong relationships with distributors, merchants, and manufacturers within the engineering sector.
• Providing customers with technical support and providing product solutions to meet their specifications.
• Liaising with UK and overseas-based colleagues.

Job Requirements

• Strong sales background within a technical capacity, ideally from sectors such as engineering, tool hire, builder's merchants, distributors, etc.
• A basic level of understanding of the engineering sector and relevant processes is essential.
• Any experience within the HVAC, chemical, oil & gas, or chemical sector's is highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and comfortable with nationwide travel.
• Based within a commutable distance of Cradley Heath (DY2 postcode).
