Position: Sales Manager
Salary: £40 - 45k basic + Uncapped OTE
Location: Hybrid/London

An opportunity has arisen for a high-flying Sales Manager to provide sales expertise within the global team on its most exciting events.

This event has become one of the biggest design shows in the world in just 10 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultative selling (telephone and face-to-face) to existing, lapsed and potential new business clients, build customer relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and maximise revenue - travelling internationally as required

  • Identify and research new growth areas for sales enhancing offerings and service portfolio

  • Feedback on product offering and barriers to conversion enhancing customer experience

  • Continuously developing market and product knowledge; and attending competitive events and industry trade shows building personal networks advocating our brand.

  • Manage two sales executives in the UK office and a potential sales agent in Europe

  • Conduct a sufficient number of calls and Salesforce activity to maintain a high-volume sales pipeline

  • Forecast the weekly and monthly sales revenue, individually and for your team

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:

  • Consultative and solutions focused with the ability to create bespoke, commercially viable propositions for clients of various sizes

  • Experience in Exhibition sales is essential for this role.

  • A strong track record of successful selling and sales management background

  • Highly self-motivated, pro-active, and a true team player, whether talking innovation or a need for support to achieve the right results for our customers, collaboration is always key

  • Work with high levels of integrity, always doing the right thing, not the easy thing

  • Curious about the design industry, has an interest in developing knowledge to become a true expert in the sector

  • Ability to speak Mandarin, French, German, Italian or Spanish would be advantageous, but not essential
