TPS Sales Manager

Who are TPS?

TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products necessary to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. As part of the Volkswagen Group, TPS includes brands such as Audi, SEAT, KODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of Centres with a 1,500-strong workforce, fostering an inclusive and motivating workplace focused on learning and development.

Launched in 2006 as a new brand concept based on an Agency Model, TPS stocks and sells on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth both financially and in the number of Centres nationwide.

Job Opportunity

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

  1. Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve sales targets.
  2. Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as necessary.
  3. Plan and implement promotional activities with support from the Centre Manager.
  4. Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitors.
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support.
  6. Motivate the team through creative incentive schemes.
  7. Provide excellent customer service via the team.
  8. Monitor delivery schedules to improve service levels.
  9. Conduct business with integrity and professionalism.
  10. Ensure proper use of business systems and compliance with standards and guidelines.
