You’ll communicate clearly and professionally with guests, suppliers, third parties and colleagues, including by phone, email and other electronic channels, and keep written records, logs and reports accurate and up to date. Sensitive or difficult conversations should be handled away from public areas of the property

You’ll work collaboratively with the wider team, treating colleagues and guests with respect, supporting others in understanding their tasks, and handling sensitive issues with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality

Day-to-day, this includes standard computer and point-of-sale system use, completing tasks on time and to the required quality standard, and the general physical demands of a role that combines office-based work with regular travel to client meetings, site inspections and industry events

To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager within hospitality or a comparable industry
  • Strong track record of proactive sales and account management, with evidence of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience negotiating contracts, rates and RFPs for corporate and group business
  • Confident using CRM systems to manage pipeline and reporting

  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and industry events
