Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Bath is seeking an experienced Breakfast & Events Manager to lead breakfast and lunch operations and build a high-performing team in Bath. The role focuses on delivering an excellent guest experience and maintaining brand standards.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to drive revenue, ensure quality service, and continuously improve operational performance. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and service charge.

Set on the banks of the River Avon in the beautiful Roman city of Bath and within walking distance to all the city's sites and attractions.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Breakfast & Events Manager to join our Truly Talented team.

As a Breakfast & Events Manager, you will ensure the smooth operational running of the breakfast and lunch, in order to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests.

You will work closely with Food & Beverage Manager, leading and evolving the F&B operations at the hotel, driving revenue, ensuring that brand standards are met, and guests’ expectations are exceeded.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

The Core Skills And Experience Required To Succeed

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry;
• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor (ready for the step-up);
• Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring team members;
• Excellent personal presentation;
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures;
• Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and targets;
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision;
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing;
• To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach and have experience in empowering a team to successfully meet expectations;
• Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring team members;
• An authentic and inspiring leader of people and business.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
