Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Lister to join our Allen & Harris team in Paisley. You will win new instructions, list properties, and deliver outstanding customer service while building client relationships by phone and in person.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency (Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator).
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing properties for market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.

• Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment

• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
