Job summary

Connells Group, Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Lister to join our William H Brown estate agency team in Wakefield.

You will win new instructions, list properties for the market, and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll build strong relationships with clients face-to-face and by phone, helping to book appointments for our Mortgage Advisors.

You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.

To be successful as a Residential Sales Manager / Lister, you will:

• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service

• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
