Job summary

The Scotsman Group is opening SPACE Student Accommodation in St Andrews and seeks a Sales & Lettings Coordinator to drive bookings and manage the end-to-end sales process for student contracts. You will market the development, conduct viewings, convert leads, and coordinate onboarding while maintaining a active sales pipeline.

You will collaborate with Marketing to promote the brand, analyse market trends, and support weekend/evening duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Word/Excel and Microsoft competent.
• Internet and Web confident.
• Good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process end to end for student contracts and SPACE development.
• Market accommodation via portals and agent listings/websites.
• Conduct prospect viewings and development show rounds.
• Convert prospects and leads into bookings to achieve targeted leasing numbers.
• Plan and organise daily activities to maximise time to achieve booking targets.
• Handle the onboarding process of clients along with maintaining an active sales pipeline.
• Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build strategies.
• Handle objections and provide satisfactory after sales service.
• Project manage and assist in staging professional marketing photos.
• Create adverts on social media and portals to promote spaces.
• Work with Marketing to build the brand.
• Weekend and evening work will be required.

As Sales & Lettings Coordinator, Your Role Will Include

• Manage the sales process end to end for student contracts and the wider SPACE development.
• Manage marketing of accommodation via portals and agent’s listings/websites.
• Conducting prospect viewings and development show rounds.
• Convert prospects and leads into bookings to achieve targeted leasing numbers.
• Plan and organise daily activities to maximise the time to achieve targeted booking numbers.
• Handling the on boarding process of the clients along with maintaining an active sales pipeline.
• Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Handling objections and providing satisfactory after sales service.
• Project manage and assist in the staging of professional marketing photos.
• Creating adverts, whether this be on Student Crowd, Instagram, Facebook fully utilising social media.
• Working closely with the Marketing Department to produce ideas to help build the brand.
• Weekend and evening work will be required.
