Responsabilités

• Input invoices into the Trust’s computerised Finance system.
• Operate the sales ledger system and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Handle customer telephone and email queries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure correct VAT treatment in line with HMRC guidance.
• Assist with credit control activities to help prompt payments.
• Maintain filing system for sales documents and generate reports.
