We’re looking for ambitious Sales Leads to join our SDS team. You’ll be stepping into a key role that helps us unlock opportunities in the private sector, turning client interest into high-impact partnerships. You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, who open doors for you to walk through and convert into tangible results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading follow-up conversations on warm private sector leads opened by our senior team.
  • Owning and progressing the full sales cycle, from qualification to close.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships across varied industries.
  • Working closely with our practices (e.g. Data & AI, Cloud, ServiceNow, Salesforce) to craft compelling propositions.
  • Implementing sector-specific sales strategies to grow pipeline and revenue.
  • Bringing a technically minded approach to understanding client needs and solution matching.

What you’ll bring:

  • A proven track record to sell complex or technical solutions

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to hold credible client conversations.
  • A self-starting mindset with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to collaborate optimally with technical teams to shape solutions.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

Benefits: £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund
