A leading property company in London seeks a dynamic Sales & Acquisitions Broker to manage high-value residential transactions. The role involves liaising with agents, executing sales campaigns, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Based in the heart of Mayfair, we are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven and highly professional Sales & Acquisitions Broker to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in the acquisition, disposal, and strategic sale of high-value residential assets across London.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Investments, the Sales & Acquisitions Broker will play a crucial role in bringing residential assets to market and managing the end-to-end sales process as well as finding and appraising new assets for purchase. You will support and execute strategic sales campaigns, liaise with appointed agents, and maintain regular reporting lines to senior stakeholders, including the CEO.
This is a client-facing, fast-paced role that requires a deep understanding of the London residential market, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive mindset. The successful candidate will be confident working on high-value transactions and thrive in a target-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Head of Sales & Investments in the preparation, planning, and execution of residential asset disposals.
• Act as a key point of contact between Residential Land and appointed external sales agents, ensuring performance and strategy alignment.
• Coordinate marketing strategies, launch timelines, and campaign materials in collaboration with internal teams and third-party agencies.
• Monitor sales progress across multiple assets and provide regular written and verbal updates to the CEO and senior management.
• Prepare detailed reports, market intelligence briefings, and investor presentations.
• Manage viewings, negotiate offers, and help close sales deals to meet or exceed agreed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, property agents, and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Prime Central London residential market, identifying trends and investment opportunities. • Find, appraise and report back on real estate assets and opportunities that fit our criteria and are in line with the company business plan.
• Support business development initiatives, including sourcing new buyers and creating deal pipelines.
Key Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in residential property sales or investments, preferably in the Prime Central London market.
• Strong network of industry contacts, including buyers, agents, and investors.
• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Confident producing and presenting high-quality reports and sales updates for senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, presentable, and comfortable dealing with high-net-worth individuals and senior executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
