New Look in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Supervisor to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will lead a team to uphold high standards, coach colleagues, and ensure customers leave looking and feeling great with the latest fashion.

You will champion customer service, develop staff through in-store training, and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment. This role rewards initiative and a passion for trends.

About the role:

As a Supervisor with New Look, you will work with your Store Manager to implement the ultimate shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they are given the highest level of service, and they want to return back to us. You will inspire your team to ensure that our customers look good and can express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You’ll achieve this by setting exceptional standards and leading your people to deliver high quality results.
