Are you a Natural Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? I am supporting a leading HR & Payroll Platform Company that is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Floor Manager to join their growing team in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

1. You will lead and inspire your team, ensuring a strong understanding of targets and KPIs.
2. You will coach and develop the Sales executives through 1:1s, feedback, and ongoing reviews.
3. Create and deliver weekly performance updates, using daily stats and behaviors to course-correct and celebrate wins!
4. You will champion a high-performance culture through effective goal-setting, coaching, and recognition.
5. You will keep yourself and your team on track to achieve sales targets and goals.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience with 3+ years in a management role leading successful, target-hitting teams.
2. You will be tech-savvy and confident in navigating and leveraging Salesforce.
3. Performance-focused and able to analyze performance data to create actionable improvement plans.
4. You will lead by example, set the bar high, and bring a positive, motivational energy to the sales floor every day.
5. You endorse a coaching mindset and people-first approach and have a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
