Job summary

Vertu MINI Bridgwater is recruiting a proactive Sales Executive to deliver a first-class customer journey from welcome to handover. You’ll showcase MINI models, understand customer needs, present tailored options and guide financing choices, ensuring every interaction reflects premium standards.

We offer a 40-hour week with five 8-hour shifts, one guaranteed weekday off, no Sunday work, a £22,000 base salary and uncapped commission with OTE £43,000+.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class customer journey from welcome to handover.
• Present tailored vehicle options and explain financing packages.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and understand individual needs.
• Represent the MINI brand and maintain premium standards in every interaction.
