Qualifications

• Currently working as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (minimum 12 months).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Full UK driver’s licence (Manual and Automatic).

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through a seamless end-to-end car buying journey from first contact to final handshake.
• Lead and close vehicle sales to achieve targets and maximise earnings.
• Represent Vertu MINI Sunderland with professionalism and integrity.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads and referrals.
