The Sales Executive Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be highly skilled at discovering customer needs and matching those with the right product. You'll apply your in-depth product knowledge to build the closest possible match between product and customer. Representing Toyota at Parks - Carlisle, you'll take pride in turning showroom visitors into loyal customers.

Responsibilities
  • Listening and talking to customers to uncover their needs and build trust and rapport.
  • Becoming fluent in Toyota products and services.
  • Matching customer needs with products, maximizing opportunities through features and add-ons, and guiding customers through their buying strategy.
  • Encouraging customers to experience the product through test drives.
  • Resolving customer issues along the journey.
  • Maximizing sales leads via multiple channels.
  • Learning and adapting to new processes and ideas.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide seamless service.
  • Representing the Toyota brand and values as an ambassador.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel for work and training.
  • High standards of communication skills.
  • At least National 5s in English and Maths; Highers or equivalent preferred.
  • Good IT skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and social media skills.
