Listers Group is currently selecting suitable applicants to attend a Sales Executive Recruitment Day which will be held in Solihull on Thursday 3rd July 2025.

Job Introduction

We are looking to recruit ambitious, smart, and results-driven individuals to become future Sales Leaders. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer a comprehensive induction through our accredited sales executive training programme.

You must have a full, valid driving licence and be able to work between 08:30 and 18:00, Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week, and alternate Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00.

• A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
• An individual capable of quickly establishing and building rapport with customers.
• A strong desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's.
