Sales Executive - North UK

The impact you have in this role

As a Sales Executive for our Commercial Solutions Division within the Graphic Market business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Sales generation and penetration of specific 3M products, including printable films, coloured films, over-laminates, surface finishes, and glass finishes
  • Delivery/ownership of a defined sales quota
  • Performance against defined Key Performance Indicators
  • Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, marketing, and technical support
  • Coordination of customer contact strategy with the field sales team to ensure customer experience & selling time are optimized
  • Management of a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Strong sales experience, preferably selling B2B via Distribution/Channel partners
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Team player with lots of energy
  • Performance-oriented with a strong drive for success
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results
  • Proven record of success
  • Bachelor’s degree - preferred but not essential

Additional experience/qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Graphic Market Industry experience
  • Graphic Product knowledge and/or sales experience
  • Experience of working in a corporate matrix environment
  • Passionate for sales
  • Tenacious approach

Sales Territory: Field-based position covering Northern UK from Leicester to Carlisle

Ideal candidate location: Leeds, York, Harrogate - but will consider other locations North of Leicester
