Job summary

untypeical is seeking a Sales Executive – New Homes to join our team at Kiln Grove, Woolpit (IP30) on a permanent contract. You will work with our Hopkins Homes brand to deliver an exceptional service to customers from the Woolpit site.

This role requires a proven track record in selling homes and strong communication. You will manage on-site administration, build relationships with buyers and lenders, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling homes, preferably new homes.
• Familiar with legal terminology used in home buying.
• Clear and effective communicator, in oral and written form.
• Good understanding of lenders and financial aspects of purchasing a home.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure show homes are presented to the highest quality.
• Assist in making the home buying process efficient.
• Build positive relationships with customers and external parties.
• Attend to the needs of visitors, customers and purchasers.
• Manage on-site administration.
• Maintain the highest standard of health and safety.

We have a vacancy for a Sales Executive – New Homes

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team based from our site at Kiln Grove, Woolpit (IP30) on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced team to deliver an exceptional service to our customers.

We have 2 residential developments in Woolpit, offering Tilia Homes and Hopkins Homes. This post is for the Hopkins brand.

This post is 5 days a week and includes weekend working.

Duties will include:

• Ensuring show homes are presented to the highest quality
• Assisting in making the home buying process efficient
• Build positive relationships with customers and external parties
• Attending to the needs of visitors, customers and potential purchasers
• Managing on-site administration
• Maintain the highest standard of health and safety

We’re looking for the following experience or skills:

• A proven track record in the sale of homes, preferably new homes
• Conversant with all legal terminology used in the home buying process
• A clear and effective communicator in both verbal and written communication
• A good understanding of lenders and the financial aspects of purchasing a home
• IT literate using Microsoft Office suite
• Full UK driving licence
