Job summary

untypical are a ambitious, customer focused housebuilder delivering the best standards in design, build quality and service across the UK. The role moves between developments in Derbyshire and Chesterfield, with weekend work and a strong emphasis on presenting show homes to a high standard.

You will join our team to work with experienced sales experts, delivering an exceptional service and guiding customers through the home buying journey, applying your sales experience and excellent

• Proven track record in the sale of homes, preferably new homes.
• Clear and effective communicator, verbal and written.
• Understanding of lenders and financial aspects of purchasing a home.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring show homes are presented to the highest quality.
• Assisting in making the home buying process efficient.
• Build positive relationships with customers and external parties.
• Attending to the needs of visitors, customers and potential purchasers.

We have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team on a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced sales experts to deliver an exceptional service to our customers.

This post will move between developments and cover Derbyshire and Chesterfield.

This post is 5 days a week and includes weekend working.

Duties will include:

• Ensuring show homes are presented to the highest quality
• Assisting in making the home buying process efficient
• Build positive relationships with customers and external parties
• Attending to the needs of visitors, customers and potential purchasers
• Managing on-site administration
• Maintain the highest standard of health and safety

We’re looking for the following experience or skills:

• A proven track record in the sale of homes, preferably new homes
• Conversant with all legal terminology used in the home buying process
• A clear and effective communicator in both verbal and written communication
• A good understanding of lenders and the financial aspects of purchasing a home
• IT literate using Microsoft Office suite
• Full UK driving licence
