Job summary

Fish Brothers, Swindon, a long established multi-franchise dealer group, is seeking a Kia Vans Sales Executive to lead the launch of a new dealership. You’ll build relationships with local businesses, drive sales of commercial vans, and promote Kia’s range with confidence.

You’ll work Monday to Friday 8:30am–6:00pm with Saturdays on rota, earning £45k OTE with a company vehicle, plus benefits including enhanced holiday, pension matching, life assurance and health plan.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in motor trade or relevant B2B/retail background.
• Customer service excellence and relationship building.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our newly opened Kia Vans dealership – an exciting addition to the Fish Brothers Group and a fantastic opportunity to be part of something fresh, ambitious, and full of potential.

As a Kia Vans Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of this launch, representing a fast-growing brand renowned for quality, innovation, and reliability. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with local businesses, understanding their commercial vehicle needs, and helping them find the perfect solution from Kia’s exceptional range of vans.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively engage with customers both in the showroom and digitally, delivering an outstanding buying experience.
• Build long-lasting relationships with business and retail customers alike.
• Promote finance, insurance, and value-added products with professionalism and confidence.
• Take ownership of your targets while upholding our commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Be an ambassador for Kia – helping to establish the brand’s presence in the local commercial vehicle market.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience – ideally within the motor trade, but B2B or retail backgrounds also welcome.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building trust.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
• A full UK driving licence.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm with an unpaid lunch break of 1 hour. You will be required to work every other Saturday on a rota basis from 8:30am to 1pm.

The salary for this position will be @ £45,000 OTE, plus company vehicle.
