Join our Homecharge Sales team as a Sales Executive and help us expand our business by working closely with dealership partners. We partner with major UK car manufacturers to direct electric vehicle buyers to us for their home charging needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls and sending proactive emails to warm leads.
- Responding to inbound leads via phone and email.
- Qualifying customer needs for a charging point.
- Explaining available options to customers.
- Converting leads into satisfied customers.
- Supporting the HC Team Leader as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone with experience in telesales, preferably within a tech company, and who has:
- At least one year of B2B or B2C telesales experience.
- Proficiency with IT and various business platforms.
- Confidence in making outbound calls.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in the EV sector is a plus but not required.
