We offer a transparent commission structure alongside a competitive salary, with OTE realistically reaching £30,000 - £35,000.

Overview of Role

The Sales Executive will work within a team to lead the selling of memberships (golf and gym), golf days, and functions.

Based in the sales office, you will manage the customer sales journey from initial enquiry—whether online or via telephone—to closing the sale.

The role includes contributing to achieving and exceeding monthly and annual group golf, function, and membership targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality or golf sector.

Since we are in the people business, a personable and approachable demeanor is essential.

Key Tasks

  • Achieve monthly sales targets across membership revenue streams
  • Achieve monthly sales targets across group golf and function revenue streams
  • Handle customer enquiries from start to finish for memberships, golf days, meetings, and functions
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services, actively upselling to customers
  • Meet and exceed call targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as scheduled
  • Understand customer needs to provide accurate and competitive quotations
  • Monitor market trends and competitors
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives
  • Retain members through excellent service and initiatives
  • Conduct customer show rounds
  • Gather customer feedback via follow-up calls and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist in set-up and execution of golf days, member events, and functions
